They moved my appointment without consulting me and the second time, the stylist (Jose Cardenas) didn't show up. No apologies, nothing. In this era of technology, when you can send an email, call, text, anything; this can be so avoidable. Such a lack of consideration for the client's time.

Went in yesterday for a haircut. I asked for one inch off, long layers, and long curtain bangs. The stylist said this was her favorite cut, grabbed my hair across my forehead and gave me bangs I did not ask for. They are as short as reaching my eyebrow and are not faded to the sides at all. It is just bangs and then the rest of my hair. I immediately told her I was not ok with the length.
