I had a sidewalk put in last fall. February I found a 4 foot crack. Took John a month to look at it. Made up several excuses why it happened. Now it starting to break off. He won't return a message and his cement guy was suppose to come out never should up. I would never hire this contractor again. He needs customer service skills. And better cement crew. Plus i wrote him up to better business bureau, he could not even call them back. He went from a A+ rating to a C+ rating. So that answers for his lack of customer service s... read more
