It's alright but my mum told them I have already had an appointment with them and the next one is in 9 months 🙃 and I've just got a text message saying please do your forms for the appointment which I've cancelled because I have already had one when I went with my mum.
AVery friendly pleasant practice always has been but i am disappointed that since October I have been waiting to have a broken tooth removed for 5months having being referred to another dentist at wincobank who work in conjunction for extraction, I have been in discomfort for a while now so phoned ringinglow who advised me to sort the problem myself with the other practice which I did to be told they where just dealing with it and the appointment Will be In April ! have pre-paid also in Oct at ringinglow. What a fantastic dentist. I’ve been going to this practice for over 20 years. The new team with Dr Kimi are so nice and professional. Everyone seems very happy and the receptionists and dental nurses hygienist are always cheery and very helpful. I could not recommend more highly. They will always do their best to book in as an emergency and the treatment I have had has always been great. They also continue to look after NHS patients which is a real plus. So big thanks to!
