I hate leaving negative reviews however, the customer service here is less than decent. We have had issues since we’ve switched over to this phone system. It is like pulling teeth getting a response, and when we do it feels as though the customer service representative is dismissive. If I could give negative stars, I would. It’s been 20 days since we switched our phones to them and they STILL don’t work. All they do is refer you to the 1-800 number where no one understands the problem and can’t fix it. I hope AT&T knows how bad this company makes them look.
