I am shocked how little this company cares about your business. Ever since they implemented TCR registration, they have denied our application over 5 times, each time taking more than 20 days to review. Each time they tell us some minor thing to change in our privacy policy or intake form promising us that is the issue, only for the application to get rejected again. We have not been able to use SMS messaging for over 1.5 months, but they still charge us for it! Shame on you, RingCentral.
I wish I could give RingCentral 0 stars. Don't get into bed with this company, you can NEVER cancel. My company has been trying to cancel our services for OVER 12 MONTHS! If you call them and tell them you want to cancel, they put you on hold for 2+ hours, someone answers you tell them you want to cancel, and they put you back on hold for 2+ more hours. I've tried the chat support, they just offer you a free month of service, but if you say you want to cancel no one answers. Your put in a queue FOREVER.
Business Owners Beware. I am flabbergasted at how poorly this company has treated my business. Constantly trying to work out issues, the phones don't work. They sell alot to you but don't deliver. I've been on the phone with a dozen reps at this stage and even have a voicemail from them acknowledging the cancellation of my account and the issuance of a refund....only to continue to have my account charged months after and no refund. The product works OK. Not great but OK. Your contract renews without notice so be careful. And the customer service is absolutely awful. No hope of anyone answering the phone and useless AI and chat.
