Another irritating dealing with Cat! Wrong parts. I have to send my wife back ti get a refund because they can't just return the money to her card whithout having the card. I absolutely hate having to come here! Last time I bought parts the experience was horrendous, this time it was fantastic. Last time 2 people couldn't figure out what I needed or how to find it. Have had a cat make line for us for several years now. In the last 6 months we have had 2 lines fail on us one blew apart at the crimp one busted a pin hole leak each time it’s the same line for our arm cylinder which can lead to death or injury when it fails. I took The first line after having it fail only couple months old and never heard a word back from them guess they didn’t care. Now we have the same line again fail. I deal with Ring Power very frequently for buying and returning parts, most specifically the Palm Bay Location. Kylee is my go to Parts Sales Advisor on the phone, over email, or in person; she always goes above and beyond to help me troubleshoot issues with sourcing, pricing etc to keep us rolling smoothly. We have been buying parts at ringpower at Palm Bay store for about 20 years and always have had good service, but I went there yesterday and Alex at pickup counter didn’t even acknowledge my presence ignoring me for minutes, but Jesse came up and greeted me with respect and was very helpful I’m always happy to see great service like Jesse’s at ringpower .

Kylee was incredibly helpful in assisting me with pricing for our customer. She was quick to respond back and was detailed and transparent about shipping costs and the lead time on the parts. She even offered to research the steep cost of shipping the items from overseas for us. On top of all of those efforts, she continued on to offer us potential options to increase our chances to have the item processed quicker therefore allowing us to maintain our deadline.
