We have been buying parts at ringpower at Palm Bay store for about 20 years and always have had good service, but I went there yesterday and Alex at pickup counter didn’t even acknowledge my presence ignoring me for minutes, but Jesse came up and greeted me with respect and was very helpful I’m always happy to see great service like Jesse’s at ringpower .
Kylee was incredibly helpful in assisting me with pricing for our customer. She was quick to respond back and was detailed and transparent about shipping costs and the lead time on the parts. She even offered to research the steep cost of shipping the items from overseas for us. On top of all of those efforts, she continued on to offer us potential options to increase our chances to have the item processed quicker therefore allowing us to maintain our deadline. Most helpful Parts department of any other company that don’t matter where you go to if it’s a cat parts department their employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful and don’t make you feel like an idiot in process
