Great demeanour and effective communicator. Joe had a great plan for the property sale and followed through as promised. Exceptional service.
Online home evaluation, is a scam. I filled out the required information and was only sent non relevant listing. I never got an evaluation.
Overall not the best experience. At first Joe was very friendly, attentive and professional but after communicating with him extensively regarding my situation, I listed my home at a price I really needed as the bottom number, which was advised as a competitive price in this market and my specific area. The first two weeks were great, I had many showings. After my first and only low ball offer, it became very clear to me that he wasn’t working in my favour.
