They did a great job of taking the case over from another firm and bringing it to a positive completion. They kept us informed the whole time, told us what was planned and what we could likely expect. They didn't accept the original insurance offer and went beyond what I expected. They worked quickly but thoroughly . We are really happy with the outcome and would call them again if, God forbid, anything like this would happen to us again!
