After decades of being with Rine insurance, I've decided to look into other insurers. Multiple times over multiple months last year, I've left messages to be contacted regarding my homeowners policy. The assistant whom I've dealt with each time has assured me she passed along my request to be contacted by Shane, if memory serves. I believe she did this. However, Shane never returned my calls. This is not only rude, but ill advised, obviously. Good luck dealing with the "new" agency since the move to Tallmadge.
