I have the utmost respect for Rindi - she noticed a healing burn on my hand the minute she walked in the patient room. She listened to my issues and history. I'm so pleased that she agrees to be my PCP. The receptionist and LPN that I met were extremely pleasant and helpful. Being a retired RN after 32 years of work - I can honestly say that my experience with the Healdton Mercy Clinic was a joy!

She let me dry heave all winter. The only true diagnoses and help I got was from the other physicians shed referred me out too. After denying me the stomach medicine I needed for 6 months she finally followed up after my Egd (6months later) and gave me the stomach medicine I needed. So after heaving 6 months and repeated complaints and a GI bleed later from a unknown source.....I COULDNT AFFORD TO KEEP HER AS MY DR!!!!! Gee I musta been out of the click!!! And that 1 star is for her office help!
