Big change from a 5 star review to a 1 star. I had been having issues with difficult to control high blood pressure. While discussing my blood pressure with a nurse in the Healdton office via phone, it was questioned whether my BP cuff was accurate. I was asked to keep a list of my BP readings. The last time I saw Ms Appelman, I handed her the list of blood pressure readings. She wouldn't take the notebook from me nor did she bother to look at the readings. I have the utmost respect for Rindi - she noticed a healing burn on my hand the minute she walked in the patient room. She listened to my issues and history. I'm so pleased that she agrees to be my PCP. The receptionist and LPN that I met were extremely pleasant and helpful. Being a retired RN after 32 years of work - I can honestly say that my experience with the Healdton Mercy Clinic was a joy!
