I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed and frustrated I am with this practice. For a year, I have been trying to get lab work results to Dr. Lopresti. Twice, i've shown up for my appointment to be told that they didn't have it. I handed it to the receptionist on two different occasions AND my previous doctor confirmed that they sent it. This practice used to be outstanding. Unfortunately since Dr. C left it has gone completely down hill. They never have availability, referrals never get completed and important med refills are ignored. Staff turn over is high, all new faces and even then they shuffle the new people and expect patients to move with them. Now the latest has pushed the longest tenured NP to leave them. Such a shame and sad to have to find new care after 13 plus years. Look elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human and not dollar signs.

Abysmal handling of paperwork. I asked for something to be mailed to me last week (Tuesday) and I called today (Monday) to see if it had in fact been mailed. It hadn't. I spoke to a physicians aide about wanting to be referred to a certain hospital, she said ok. I called today to find that not only had the referral not been completed but I was also being referred to a hospital that I hadn't asked for. That and Cooley being vague about my diagnosis and dismissive of symptoms.
