I would recommend Dr. Smith. My advice is do not be afraid to be assertive if you are familiar with your body and how medications affect it when it comes to moving levels yp to prior levels again. I failed to assert myself and had a health episode related to it. I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed and frustrated I am with this practice. For a year, I have been trying to get lab work results to Dr. Lopresti. Twice, i've shown up for my appointment to be told that they didn't have it. I handed it to the receptionist on two different occasions AND my previous doctor confirmed that they sent it. This practice used to be outstanding. Unfortunately since Dr. C left it has gone completely down hill. They never have availability, referrals never get completed and important med refills are ignored. Staff turn over is high, all new faces and even then they shuffle the new people and expect patients to move with them. Now the latest has pushed the longest tenured NP to leave them. Such a shame and sad to have to find new care after 13 plus years. Look elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human and not dollar signs.
