I had an excellent experience at Rincon Transmission. From the moment I arrived, the lady who helped me was very honest and professional. I came in because my car was acting up, and she immediately told me that she didn’t believe a transmission fluid change would fix the problem, but that they would evaluate my car first. They scanned and inspected my vehicle, and in the end, they told me that nothing showed up on the scanner and recommended that I go to the dealer for further diagnosis. It is never exciting to have a transmission replaced but these folks made the process as painless as possible and looked out for my best interest.
