Brought my jeep in for a whirring noise I thought was coming from the transmission. Rincon transmission told me it wasn’t the transmission the rear was making that noise. 150 miles down the road on a road trip and the transmission completely let go… so now I’ve paid them $150 to not diagnose my vehicle plus $720 in towing and still have transmission problems FML
Extremely helpful and nice
I absolutely do not recommend. Being in the automotive industry for over 13 years and having heard of this business, I had faith Rincon transmission would be capable of diagnosing a 2019 f150 with a transmission issue. I was told they could get it in quick and after a week later they said they cleared the codes and it was magically fixed. I said that couldn’t have possibly been it and requested they please try again. They test drove it and stated the transmission is overheating.
