I called in the day before and let them know the issues that I was having with my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid and they let me know they could check the fluid level for X price and it would be X price to diagnose transmissions problems in addition. I brought it in in the morning; they were done by 4pm checking the fluid level. However, I'm told that they do not work on transmissions of hybrid vehicles despite the fact that they gave me a quote to diagnose the transmission if the fluid level showed fine the previous day.
