I'm from out of town. Had trouble with my transmission. After diagnostics they told be I had to go to a dealer because they couldn't program my PCM. They waved my diagnostic fee. Very honest and trustworthy.
I called in the day before and let them know the issues that I was having with my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid and they let me know they could check the fluid level for X price and it would be X price to diagnose transmissions problems in addition. I brought it in in the morning; they were done by 4pm checking the fluid level. However, I'm told that they do not work on transmissions of hybrid vehicles despite the fact that they gave me a quote to diagnose the transmission if the fluid level showed fine the previous day.
