They took over my apt complex and refused to renew leases forcing us to be month to month giving them the authority to evict us because were in the first batch of renovations. I have no lace to go. Its impossible to come up with the money needed to move out as ******* is rent gouging everyone

I apologize for what happened to you. I know it is not comforting but it is not uncommon for leases not to be renewed when a community is being renovated. Should you be looking for a home in the future we would love for you to give us a second chance by leasing a renovated apartment. We know you will like the improvements.
