Today was my 16th Fit Body Forever (55+) session. I can’t speak highly enough about the Boot Camp concept and experience so far. I felt welcomed on my first day by the entire staff as well as the other clients. It’s a very positive and encouraging experience. This is just my personal preference . They only offer ; Trial/Challenges And memberships here No drop ins ( for travelers this is tough) I will be traveling quite a bit . Not on Class pass Nutrition only for meat eaters (I'm vegan ) The class was good but not superrr challenging ( very similar vibes to f45/bft/orangetheory) Slight Salesman vibes - I get it but I'm the type who will enjoy something and just sign up if I'm ready or interested , could be months later - as Long as my class was good - I'll be back - I don't need ... read more
I started at RFBBC in mid-April and have not only lost pounds and inches, but gained so much more! I’ve gained community, strength, confidence, motivation, and a second family—a place that truly feels like home. The coaches are phenomenal, and having a dedicated nutritionist is a game-changer. They ask the tough questions but also give you the tools and plan you need to succeed. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. This is THE place to be!
