Rob and his staff are WONDERFUL. The gym is so clean and well organized. Beautiful location!
Not just for women! My husband and I are both a part of the 55+ Forever Fitness crowd and it’s one of the best things we’ve done. We’re stronger mentally and physically. The coaches are so supportive. And if your mind wants to do the exercise, but your body says no, then they modify it for you! Everyone in the classes is positive and encouraging. If you’re thinking it’s time to focus on you, give this place a try!
Love this place! Can't say enough about how friendly and welcoming people are here. Employees and workout friends are just great! I visit family in the area and come to workout here since I am a member back home. Glad they can accommodate me. I'm obsessed with Fit Body Boot Camp!
