Hi Community, I deeply regret my decision to award RinCon the fence for one of my projects in Miami Beach. Their customer service - like people have stated before - is lousy. They reviewed approved plans by the City of Miami Beach, and delivered incorrect parts and others were missed altogether. Promises to fix this were not kept, emails disregarded and no responsibility taken - moreover I was asked to pay for the mistakes and spent more. We placed an order for a swing gate (2 parts )less than a week after instalation the aluminum started to crack at every corner .such a bad quality and so thin material .they charged us over $1000 for selling us probably fence panels .I would not recommend this company
