Do yourself a favor and avoid using this company as a contractor. A week ago they provided a quote and today, they call and say they can’t keep their word on the price they had provided. I then simplified the job significantly for them and they said the price would be the same. They said the cost of brackets would increase the price back the new updated price. Hi Community, I deeply regret my decision to award RinCon the fence for one of my projects in Miami Beach. Their customer service - like people have stated before - is lousy. They reviewed approved plans by the City of Miami Beach, and delivered incorrect parts and others were missed altogether. Promises to fix this were not kept, emails disregarded and no responsibility taken - moreover I was asked to pay for the mistakes and spent more.
