A Rincon Country West sales agent fraudulently obtains titles, registers it in her name, has the owners evicted, then sells the trailer at less than half value to absentee owners who rent the trailer, paying $400 to the Park management. A Tucson Police Report is available to support this theft. I know neighbors who lost their homes in this way. Avoid these known criminals at your peril.

Don't let your loved ones on SSI move into this horribly managed property. 1. Your rent will increase every time they find out your SSI benefits increase. 2. Poorly managed security, ranging from aggressive to plain negligent. 3. Incompetent management with unprofessional and demanding communication tactics. If you love your family member, avoid this place or get them the hell out immediately.

It is customary for Rincon Country Mobile Home Park to increase the rent amount every year. In January 2020, the Park sent out a notice to the residents that another rent increase would be instituted in May of 2020. In March of 2020 the Covid-19 virus became a pandemic, and this is when restaurants, movie houses, and other businesses were closing.
