I tried to schedule a call with them several times. The first time they said they were busy at the moment and couldn't take on new cases. No offer to join a waitlist. Fine. I called back months later they said they would call me back. No call back. I call back and ask if I can schedule a call they start to explain to me why I never got a call back because of their system.
