Do not use them for any of your commercial or new construction needs. There were many issues during the build that shows the lack of attention to detail and workmanship. For example shower stall would leak water into the main bath area causing water damage, shower pans not sloped or leveled correctly so water pools in corners and doesn't drain, and the bathroom floor tiles are not level/flush to one another. When I first entered Rinaldi to talk about installing granite in our kitchen, the staff made the process sound easy. Well, they were right. The workers were so efficient and careful. They measured and installed perfectly. The foreman even called me over to make sure I was happy with the placement of a seam near the sink. Soon we hope to do at least one bathroom remodel, and we will be sure to use Rinaldi again. We have also recommended Rinaldi to neighbors, who have also had very good results.
