After Frank Gay screwed me over, I got in touch with Renaldi Plumbing. I explained my situation and they were more than willing to help me out. Unfortunately since Frank Gay left me in such precarious situation. I had to pay Renaldi for emergency service. They dispatched a technician and in a couple hours they were at my house with a great attitude and very professional. In less than hour it was fixed and we have water again! Thank you Renaldi. When others failed, you delivered.
I called for an emergency issue and the plumber wanted pictures to walk me through how to fix it myself. If I knew how to fix the problem myself I wouldn’t have called them in the first place. Unless you want a virtual plumber call someone else.
