Great front staff and a great doctor. She answered all my questions that I had asked. Very friendly and very polite. Love the lobby decor.
Would have loved the opportunity to even meet the Dr.! The front end staff was unpleasant to deal with and I waited 8 months just to get in for my first appointment. Only to then be turned away with a potential rebook in another 6 weeks because I forgot my mask. :(
Very disappointing. Waited longer than she spent time with me. She could barely look me in the eye, completely dismissed my issue. Spoke rudely and loudly when I told her the "advice" she has given me repeatedly wasn't working. She scuttled me out of her office so fast. I will never go back. She really should retire if she can't be bothered anymore. Her piggies need a new home.
