i have used mr alex rinaldi in the past. he is very good at what he does and helped me in various cases. always politic, responsive, and gets things time timely.
I do agree with the negative posts.My poor mother has been getting the run around for 6years and honstly ive been telling her for four years that she should have had me represent her in court. I just dont understand.
I used Mr. Rinaldi for divorce purposes. I wish I had gone with someone with more experience and at the very least would return calls. His law clerk did all the work; in other words she was the one really handling my case. I think they could have done a better job in writing the actual motions that were given to the judge. This lawn firm is the most outstanding anywhere. My parents are still waiting for this firm to complete a very simple real estate closing, and submit a check to them, the real estate was closed in January.They also do not return phone calls in a timely manner and blame the other attorney for the delays when we know that is not true. I know most want their money upfront, but once paid in full they seem to forget they still have work to complete.
