I love Dr. Musa. Unfortunately since they have moved thier office, the new front office staff that I dont recognize from the previous office, are rude. I went in for 6 month appt. In a major flare up. They asked for the 25 dollar co pay. I realized I didnt have my card but had 11 dollars in cash. Asked if I could pay the 11 dollars and call them after appt when I got home to pay the balance. I was told no I needed to reschedule. Had appointment at 8 am. Came 10 minutes early, doors were still locked!!! Made 87 year old leady wait outside, no banches to sit on, eventhough there was staff inside and they can see us. This is a arthritis treatment/diagnostic place and patients coming have difficulty with their joints!! They opened the doors shart at 8am. It is almost 9:30 am and still waiting for to be seen in one of the rooms, that is 1.5 hrs since my appointment and still waiting !!!! I hate to give even one star they dont deserve any star.
