Among the worst service I've ever had from any company. I was charged about $1800 for a pool opening service and 5 cleanings, which did nothing to correct the water chemistry and sedimentation in my pool. A full month after my pool was opened it was still not in swimmable condition. The service manager had nothing but excuses and would not offer any extra service to correct the problem, but insisted on my continuing to pay the full price for sloppy and absolutely unacceptable work. Besides being way overpriced versus the competition, this is not my issue. That said they did absolutely nothing more then the other pool company I use does for twice the price. I contacted them last year after my closing from another local company to discuss leak detection. I spoke and emailed with the service manager "Ed" and we set up a plan.
