Dra did a good job and the price was nice
The worst experience ever. I applied online and received calls everyday for a week afterwards. I finally schedule a time to come in over an hour drive to get here and they have no wheels for my vehicle and no tires to fit it either. I do not recommend.
I needed 4 new tires before the wintery mix hit us in rich va. The snow was scheduled to come on a sunday..so i ordered 4 tires the tuesday before sunday got here. I ordered new year eve and was told they would be in the day after new year, which would have been that thursday. When thursday got here, i called to say i was on the way. They advised tires were not in. I was asked to come friday, before 4pm.. which i couldn't bc of work. Then they asked me to come Saturday morning, 9am. I said ok. Unprofessional, waited almost a month for wheels
Excellent customer service. Larry and Lomax were very knowledgeable about the Prada were able to provide me with an excellent deal and I love my new wheels.
