I came to Rim Tyme and the customer service here is the best I have seen from any rim shop I have been to nice clean and organized comfortable waiting area and it took a hour for them to mount balance and rotate my tires and I was out the door. A happy Customer!!! Would definitely be coming back for my other cars!!! Here are the before and after pictures.
I’ve been stationed in VA for 3 years. Always get an oil change at the local dealership with custom rims and they always asked me if I had a wheel lock because they couldn’t do anything with my tires. Finally one of the reps told me to head to Rim Tyme to get a wheel lock, especially all the traveling I do in case I get a flat. As soon as I walked in Josh assisted me and checked out my truck and even showed me how to use my lug wrench if needed. I’m so thankful for the assistance and help. Thanks Josh and Rim Tyme! :)
Great customer service !!!
Sold a set of rims. For 26 payments of 110. Just to get to the end and be told that the last lady messed up and that I still owe 1531.00 they apparently set up the automatic system to send out weekly reminders 26$ below my minimum payment needed so once I got to the end they inform me I still owe 1531 with I had no option but to pay. Really not fair to the customer. Have to file civil suit
