What a place to come and get tires and rims from they have been so patient. Chris the manager make sure I left with tires and rims he did all you can get to do to give me approved and he finally did it. I live in Highland Springs but I came all the way from Henrico to Chester to get them done and what amazing look to my car. Roy is the man he made sure the rims and tires fit my car just right please please come up here and get some tires and rims from this location.
I love this place already! I couldn’t get the locks of my tires off I went to five different places and I finally found this place and lord thank you Roy Help me so much he was the one who got it off
The customer service here is great! I was in and out quickly and Chris and Roy were great! Definitely recommend coming here!
I had a flat tire on my daughter‘s car and did not have what I thought I needed to take the tire off, which was a rim key. I called up the shop and Chris was able to guide me through with excellent service ultimately leading to me, not needing a rim key at all!! He not only gave his number to me so I can send photos of my issue but he took the time to search to see if I needed the rim key at all, which I didn’t and finally gave his expert advice.
