Have to give this company 5 stars. 6 week wait in Gladstone. Took my genny up to these guys. They had it fixed for me the same day. Can't beat that for first class service. Thank you.

Today whilst at Rimrock Agencies, we were there for 20mins. There was one other customer and 4 staff members in the store that we saw and none of the staff even acknowledged us. We have taken our business elsewhere.
