Our house was built by Rimmer construction in 2010 for another family. We purchased the house from them in 2011. Starting in 2012 we saw changes in our walls. Of course everyone warned us about the clay. Then it started to get worse and worse. We had someone come and look and it was not due to the clay but poor compaction. We are in the process is fixing our foundation. Thanks to this contractors poor compaction.
