I feel as though Rimma saved me & my sanity! We worked together for approximately 18 months. There was never a feeling of judgment. I could say and discuss whatever I needed and during our sessions she gave me some pearls of wisdom or an approach to my problem(s) that proved invaluable to me. She is a wonderful therapist!

I have been going to Rimma now for a little over a year now and I must say she is great. I was recommended to her and went to her when I needed someone the most. I would have to say every time I leave, I feel a lot better about where I am at and where I am going. I can tell her anything that is going on and she will help me sort through all my different emotions. Will most definitely keep going to her for as long as I can.

Rimma has been such a blessing to me as I have been adjusting to many changes in my life. Her compassion and support has helped me navigate the emotions and heartache of taking care of my elderly parents, while still maintaining my own family’s needs. It has been challenging to say the least . I lost my way and my voice and Rimma has helped me to discover and nurture myself as I nurture and care for my loved ones.... all of them!! I am grateful for her insight and encouragement and highly recommend her.
