I placed an order in August 2024 and have not received it as of July 2025. I have followed up multiple times since September 2024, but I either receive excuses or no response at all. There has been no sign of fulfillment or resolution. I would be happy to update this review if the company issues me a refund. Please see attached screenshots (order confirmation and some of the dozens of follow-ups) showing that I paid in full but never received my order.
I ordered this past January 2024. They delivered around June, had to send back because they were not to spec when installed. So not only did I have to pay for installation and removal, but also for sending them back. I asked for an update over a week ago via text, they told me they were on a standstill due to hurricanes. update: I finally received the order. Item is one of a kind. Experience not so good as others mentioned - just know if you order these you will get the run around and it might take a really long time for you to get your item. The worst part of the whole experience is the customer service and the incorrect expectation set. Meaning whenever you speak to the owner he'll confidentally set the wrong expectations and not live up to it so you feel you're being lied to.
