Been going to Dr. Rana for 4 or 5 years now. Never seems rushed. Always listens well. Good questions. Seems compassionate. Thorough. After a couple appointments, she has gone out of her way to help. I never imagined a doctor doing that! Glad she is my doctor!
I’ve been seeing Dr Rana about 7-8 years. She listens and tells you like it is, which I appreciate. She runs annual blood work to make sure I’m healthy. She is monitoring my blood pressure and I see her a few times a year.
I have been seeing Dr. Rana for many years and I can say that I have little complaints. The wait time may be a little long sometimes, but is understandable. It is a doctor’s office. I appreciate that doctor Rana is personable and honest with patients. If she notices me gaining weight (not a heavy person) she asks me about it. That way I can get back to my nutrition and health, and not back in her seat more often with other avoidable health issues.
I visited her for my annual check up and told her about my past health issues. She told me that because of my iver thinking i am facing helath issues. It was my first visit and she came 40 minutes late and she gave me 20 minutes and in that short period of time how come she know i am over thinking????? Due to my cousins and uncles death because of covid i was in pain and asked my previous doctor to give me some anxiety medicine, When i showed that medicine to Rana she told me that i don’t know what this medicine is and blame... read more
Dr. Rana is very professional, courteous, and direct. I really appreciate the clarity of her explanations and instructions.
She is my current doctor, I've seen her twice. I really don't care for her, but I can't pinpoint what it is. She doesn't take me seriously and blames everything on stress. She's blunt, which I usually like, but not in this case.
She was a great doctor for my children. For me not so much. She was rude and insulted me many times. She blamed everything on my weight, and her answer to everything was be on a 1200 calorie diet. It didn't mater if you could not physically move do to a brace on your leg. Have knee problems lose weight, have a tumor-Lose weight, Have Strep throat-lose weight. This is all easy for some who weights maybe 105 wet...
I visited Dr. Rana last week for a wellness visit and to establish myself as a new patient. The visit should have been covered at 100% as a wellness/preventive office visit, according to the ACA, but I was sent a bill the next day for an office visit copay. In calling my insurance carrier I learned that the claim was submitted as an allergy visit. In discussing my history, I mentioned that I did have allergies and that I took a Zyrtec when needed. This physician did not diagnose anything.
Very rude, I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. Was NOT helpful at all. Will never go back to her again. Don't understand why she got upset after asking her a couple of questions regarding my health. Shouldn't be a doctor if you have no desire to help those in need.
