I brought my Doggie in to have surgery and some dental surgery done and the Vet personally called me to inform me of the step by step procedure and cost before hand. Front end ladies and vet techs were all wonderful as Lucy is a very vocal American Bulldog out of anesthetic and was letting them know for quite some time she was ready for mom and dad to pick her up lol! Thank you all for the great care you gave our girl!
Depending on which vet you see, your experience is pretty much on par with other clinics. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. But I've never had a negative experience with Dr. Grady and he has worked miracles. My best friend and partner-in-crime is alive and well thanks to him.
I brought my cats, Willow and Hazel, in for ear and nail care and medication. The staff were all very good and they are feeling much better already. Very gentle kind vets. Appreciate all the help keeping them healthy and happy.

Rimbey Vet Clinic is amazing! Our rescue cat had her very first vet visit, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire team. Every step of the way, they were informative, kind, and provided exceptional care for our girl. Grady and Sadie were wonderful at explaining everything and making sure we felt fully informed and comfortable.
