My dog gets really nervous and isn’t great with people she doesn’t know. But today, Dr. Sidney gave her a vaccination and was super patient and kind. She made the whole thing so much easier for both of us. Thank you!
We love this vet. They are very kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They always call to check on our animals after they have been seen for an issue. They are willing to talk and educate you on things so you completely understand what is going on or what the options for treatment are. The front desk reception staff are friendly and always willing to accommodate you as best as they can. My pup loves all the staff and does his rounds to see each of them when he goes in for his monthly shots for his arthritis .
I sadly had to make a decision about my min pin yesterday. She was old and uncomfortable. The staff at this clinic is absolutely amazing, so kind, compassionate and understanding. They never rushed us they gave us all the time we needed. These are truly great people at this clinic and will be my clinic of choice in the future. Thank you so much for your kindness today guys. The Rimbey vet clinic gave excellent care and support for our dog that needed a TPLO surgery. From Dr Grady sitting on the floor explaining everything before surgery to the twice daily phone calls from the staff,especially Reese, after surgery it’s been an excellent encounter for our dog and for us as well.
