They don't help you, they want you to help yourself but I get stressed out really bad so when I ask for help I get yelled at and I was called irresponsible. I have a risk of suicidal thoughts when I get upset, and they don't understand. I thought they had training done to try to prevent the suicidal thoughts of clients. Oh and they don't even look through my file unless I tell them too.
Wow. I thought I had a bad time when my daughter pooped twice successively during bath time. In retrospect, I have to say that my experience cleaning her feces from the bathtub was more therapeutic than my visits to this clinic. The overlord of this facility, Sarah, will literally disallow visitations with a psychiatrist, unless you fill her precious time with your appointments.
