Very good doctor and her team of nurse practitioner as well, but BE AWARE, they are a multi specialty group. So through my insurance I’ve been charged the copay for a SPECIALIST not as a primary care, and the office told me that is how they bill and they cant’t change so sadly I cant pick this place as my primary care Doctor other every visit I will be paying as I am seeing a specialist.
Dr Downs is a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable provider. She listens to everything you say and helps you find the root of your issue and doesn’t just try to cover it up with medicine. If you want a doctor that actually cares, Dr Downs is it.
