Terrible communication skill. They need to take her license
There's a very ill-mannered receptionist with blond hair, but there's another one who is nice. It depends who you get whether you have a good or bad experience. The medical assistant was also nice. Dr. Rima Abbas doesn't bother to answer questions via the online patient portal system, which the system is meant for. I get the feeling she doesn't answer general questions because she doesn't know the answer.
I found out Dr. Abbas recently moved her Family Practice to 1611 Monroe St, Dearborn 313-278-7100 (September 2011). I will definitely be driving farther from home to see her, and recommending her to my friends. When you find a good doctor, you go out of your way to keep them!
