Very misleading management at this place! Paid $1400 up front for tires only to be told they can't mount them. This is a rim and tire shop that can't mount the tires they said they could folks?!? The person I spoke with said his name was "Cle" and offered no resolution other than to send me somewhere else to have them mounted to my wheels. He didn't offer a discount, he didn't apologize or refund my money. I bought some tires and was initially given a specific price for the total cost. However, I was unable to pay that amount upfront, so I opted for financing. I was informed that if I paid off the tires before the 120-day early payoff period, I would receive a 20% discount and only pay the original quoted price. Now that I am ready to pay off the tires, I have been told that this option is no longer available, and the employee who provided that information was mistaken. Went in and ordered rims then when they were supposef to be in i was told that due to the cost I had to put more down before they could order. So I ended up putting over double what I was originally quoted down and then wait a month. Then after finally getting my wheels and tires which they were unable to balance I realize they damaged my 3000 dollar rims installing the tires because there tech is lazy and is using a towel with holes to pad the machine now where the machine grabs the rims it has teeth marks in my rims which ... read more

Very unprofessional people. I had a scheduled appointment confirmed on the phone by an employee. Came to the shop the next day for my appointment after driving an hour and they told me I don’t have an appointment scheduled. Even though I should him the time stamp of the phone call the guy didn’t even care. Don’t recommend this place. They are very unprofessional.
