Can't say enough My husband is stationed at Bragg and we decided to call around to try and find a vet. I felt iffy about other locations but fell in love with Rim Road Animal Hospital. The staff was so welcoming and willing to answer my questions, the doctor is so wonderful and very informative! When I take my baby girl in they love on her like she is their own. You can see the genuine concerns they have and are always so pleasant to be around. We had her spayed there and although there were other places I could have gone to and paid less, it was worth every penny bc I felt so comfortable there and knew I was leaving my dog in good hands. I would definitely recommend taking your furbaby here. You will not regret it.

Rude staff, dumped as client when complained I switched to this vet four months ago after moving close by and at first liked it. I have had my dog in there twice in four months and drop by each month to refill his seizure medicine. Recently I wanted to order his heartworm meds online and was treated very VERY rudely by the staff when I asked. I wrote a letter to the vet to tell him about it and was returned with a letter dropping me as a client complete with my records. I am 9 months pregnant with my third child with a deployed husband and they included no prescription or refill info in my records so now I have less than two weeks to find my dog a new vet so that he does not run out of seizure medication. I cannot believe that they care so little for their customers/clients that they would do this. Or not even care in the slightest when the staff treats clients rudely. I understand the vet does not approve of online pharmacies but never did they try to tell me WHY, they just treated me badly. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere unless you want to be left high and dry like I was if you dare ask for common courtesy.

20 Years of Care and Affection We have always been a two and four legged family, taking our pets all over the world with us, we have for the most part been fortunate to have great Vets where ever we went and then we went to Rim Road Animal Hospital and we met Dr Miller and his wife Kathy. Dr. Miller far exceeds every other Vet we have every had, not only is he experienced and knowledgeable but his soft voice and quite mannerism is just a hint of the true care and compassion he has for the animals he takes care of. He has taken care of our family since 1989, and he has kept them all in such good health that until today they have all passed of old age. Today we said goodbye to Little Bear one of our 6 year old cats, Dr. Miller was honest with us from the beginning and on our bidding for the past week we got to see first hand how hard he worked to save Little Bear??s life, but in the end Little Bear was too weak and Dr. Miller had to tell us to let him go. During the past 20 years we had moved to Hope Mills but we still brought our 8 animals back to Rim Road. I know of no other Animal Clinic that has this level of integrity, care and affection or who will cry with you as you say goodbye. Five stars is not enough for Rim Road.

Happy FurKid Mom I spent 22 years in the US Army and have lived all over the US and abroad. Dr. Miller is the kindest and all around best veterinarian I have ever encountered. The vet I had in the same area previously was not kind and I do not believe she even liked animals. She often forbade the owner from being in the exam room, even for routine check-ups. You can tell Dr. Miller genuinely LOVES the animals he treats and that this is not just a job to him. His staff is the same way ?? they are all animal lovers that do a fantastic job each and every day.

Won't go anywhere else! Fabulous! I've lived all around the world and been to many many vets, but this place is top notch. It's not a huge facility with a zillion employees running in twenty different directions. The feel is very relaxed and the staff is so friendly and nice. They speak with you, not at you and explain things without making you feel like an idiot. They made my dog feel right at home and treated her like she was theirs. Extremely caring and willing to help in any way.

Excellent Canine Care We have been taking our two dogs that we recently adopted from local shelters there for the last three months. Dr. Miller and all his staff have taken wonderful care of our animals. One of our dogs was heartworm positive and had many parasites from his time on the streets and now he is a very healthy guy. They are very punctual. We never spend time waiting for care and Dr. Miller will take the time to answer as many questions as you have. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Great Animal Hospital Rim Road Animal Hospital is convienently located to several subdivisions in the Fayetteville area. This animal hospital has friendly staff and caring veterinarians. The office is clean and well-lit. The prices are competitively set and are completely reasonable. The back area is fenced for the animal's safety. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. You can definitely rest assured that your pets are in good hands here.
