This is the worst place I have ever lived. when we first moved in the place was infected with roaches. A year later our bedroom was completely flooded for two week. I have videos and photos. I asked for new carpets and padding since they were deteriorating and smelled of strong mold and was just ignored and nothing was done. I have been harassed by the on site manager since the day I moved in. Multiple false accusations in the attempt to harass me. As well as being stalked outside of the property, which they have admitted to. Have been advised to file a police report and restraining order. The office has been notified on multiple occasions and they have done nothing about it. If there was anywhere to move to I’d be gone already.
Great place to live as long you do not deal with the owner. He is a racist backstabber that will know your corner and use the law where you must prove something and if you cant he will put everything on you. Even you did everything you was supposed. I moved in about 6 years ago on a weekly called to the office letting the know my ac is damaged. They said they send some one over to take pictures so i do not get charged.
