This is the worst place I have ever lived. when we first moved in the place was infected with roaches. A year later our bedroom was completely flooded for two week. I have videos and photos. I asked for new carpets and padding since they were deteriorating and smelled of strong mold and was just ignored and nothing was done. I have been harassed by the on site manager since the day I moved in. Multiple false accusations in the attempt to harass me. As well as being stalked outside of the property, which they have admitted to. Have been advised to file a police report and restraining order. The office has been notified on multiple occasions and they have done nothing about it. If there was anywhere to move to I’d be gone already.
Great place to live as long you do not deal with the owner. He is a racist backstabber that will know your corner and use the law where you must prove something and if you cant he will put everything on you. Even you did everything you was supposed. we had some mis communication problems with this property which I'm told is not normal. however after we able to understand both sides involved and communicate more effectively with each other we were able to work on things and we are really pleased with how they handled things and worked with us to come up with a solution that worked for both of us. their staff worked hard to fix the problem and we couldn't be happier. communication is key. if you have a problem reach out to them explain your situation and they will do what... read more
First off, I gave them 1 star because I had to. They are all liars. My husband and I went into their main office and inquired about an apartment they had listed on multiply sites for rent. They said the unit was still available. So we applied, right there in person with a lady named Tanisha. She did our application right there. We paid $80 for our "Application Fee & Credit Check" She told us that we in fact did qualify for the unit in question. She told us the unit would be ready January 27th 2020. The prospectives residents have completed applications with Rim Properties and have been approved. The propectives residents were charged the standard $30 application processing fee per person. Upon approval applicants have 24 hours to bring in a $300 money order to hold the apartment. Upon prospective residents approval we never received the $300 and the apartment was rented by another applicant. many complaints. Definitely need to step up their standards. Why hold tenants to a standard that you yourself cannot meet?

I asked them specific questions pertaining to my renting an apartment with them, they answered with enough information to make me think I was an okay candidate. I asked them if I owed any property management from 4 years ago, is that an automatic denial? they said "no it is not" I gave them the money to run my credit check and sure enough, they're telling me its an automatic denial because my credit shows the I owe a property manager.
