I went up for several days for New Year’s and was looking for a gym. Rim was great little gym that had everything I needed for a great workout. Hans was great at setting me up and it also was a friendly workout environment. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others

I was visiting Lake Gregory for Thanksgiving and looking for a gym to go to burn off those turkey calories. I stumbled upon Rim of the World Gym. The gym was great. It is small but has everything I needed to work out all body parts with heavy a** weight. If I lived close by I would go every day to lift, "Yeah buddy". Hans was very friendly and set me up with easy access to the gym. Don't listen to the bad reviews. If you are a serious lifter, you will like it.

The owner of this gym took money out of my account by accident 3 times and screwed up my bank account. When I ask for my money back he never showed up to meet with me. I never received the money back and quit. They don’t allow the curtains to be open so it’s very claustrophobic. I would work out around 9pm and always seem to run into a group of young men that used it for a hangout. Gym is terrible, waited months for a heater and we were working out without a heater. Be ready to workout in a room 45-50 degrees. Paid in full for one year and only went for 3 months, it’s that bad. The guy obviously does not care for the gym and is cheaping out his business to maximize profit
