Drove 30 Min to Get Here. Spoke With Woman “Jess” on the phone. Got their and she said “that’s the front of the rim we can’t do that”. Wish I would’ve been told that on phone prior to me coming. I will no longer bring my business here
Called twice, sent email, and No response assuming they are permantly closed?
Curb’d my rim on my new truck. The contrast of the white gouge on the black rim would have driven me crazy. I went to Rim Doctor to see if they could fix it enough that it wouldn’t bother me so much, but anything less that perfect would have probably led me to buying a new rim anyways. They told me they needed 2 full days, but before noon on the second day they called to let me know they were finished, even though I was late in dropping my truck off on the first day. Ford Factory 21” wheel. I noticed I had bent rim when I went to take off my snow tires. Along with having some curb rash from the people that parked my car when I took trips to NYC. I paid the rim doctor a visit to see what they could do. They said they can fix it. So I dropped the wheels off and also had tire rack ship some new tires to their shop to be mounted and balanced.
