Highly recommend these guys. Before I even booked my appointment, Ali was incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer my questions about wheel spacers, explained the pros and cons of different sizes, and offered honest advice to help me choose the best fit for my car instead of trying to upsell me. On the day of my appointment, I arrived about 10 minutes early. The gate opened right at 9:00 a.m. sharp, and Shiraz greeted me immediately and was ready to get started. We had our tires and rims done with Rim and Tire Pro Inc recently. They gave us a great price for cleaning the rims, installing the new steel rims with winter tires and fixing the leaking tire. We are very happy with their price and service. Will highly recommend anyone to them.
We have used a few of their services: tire rim cleaning due to slow leaks, a patched nail hole, and a new rim set for our winter tires. They have done a great, thorough job at very reasonable prices. They are also very responsive to inquiries and issues. My wife said it's worth going back to them even though they are a bit farther away from our home as they are very reliable.
As a long time customer, I can confidently say that I am never going back. I purchased a used tire earlier this year from this company and the person that put the tire onto my vehicle ( a jokingly young guy with a Turbin, sorry I don't recall his name) left off one of the nuts from the tire!! So after a month of driving the vehicle, Honda noticed the missing wheel nut.
