The team at Rim 1 did an amazing job on my 2027 Land Cruiser! They installed a level kit and new rims and tires, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From their recommendations and communication to the quality of the work and turnaround time, they exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend Rim 1!
I needed an emergency balance and mount job for my 19in rim, and when most Businesses kept telling me they couldn't do it because of the size of the rim. Rim 1 custom wheels did me a huge solid and they even got it done during my lunch break. The Customer Rep. Junior was super professional and he went above and beyond when it came to taking care of my wheel issue. I'm so grateful for finding this Business and I would definitely recommend them to others for all things wheels!!! Thank you Rim 1!!
I took in my Mercedes C300 to get some tires replaced. José was very communicative about when my vehicle would be done and also informed me about my car needing an alignment and was able to get that done same day! Would 100% recommend going in and getting your tire needs fulfilled here. Will be coming back.
