The team at Rim 1 did an amazing job on my 2027 Land Cruiser! They installed a level kit and new rims and tires, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I needed an emergency balance and mount job for my 19in rim, and when most Businesses kept telling me they couldn't do it because of the size of the rim. Rim 1 custom wheels did me a huge solid and they even got it done during my lunch break. The Customer Rep. Junior was super professional and he went above and beyond when it came to taking care of my wheel issue. I took in my Mercedes C300 to get some tires replaced. José was very communicative about when my vehicle would be done and also informed me about my car needing an alignment and was able to get that done same day! Would 100% recommend going in and getting your tire needs fulfilled here. Will be coming back.
Overall experience was wonderful. Scheduled the appointment and arrived on time, they were ready for my truck and provided quick service. Price was great on four new tires and full alignment. I will definitely be back with our other family vehicles.
Jose hooked up my Tacoma with wheels and tires and did an awesome job. Super knowledgeable, clean install, and everything came out exactly how I wanted. Definitely recommend!
