I'll always go to him. I hope I don't need to, but he's great. I'm a dental assistant and I worked with him at Bay Pines VA dental clinic. I've also been a patient of his. He's painless and, even though I knew the procedure, he explained everything that he was doing. It's a great office. I'm taking my adult granddaughter to him
Dr. Rillman is the best at root canals. I had an appointment back in June 2024. He listens, very patient and accommodating. His staff is great from Kathy at the front desk. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my financial questions. John is very good at x-rays and answering questions. The best Endodontist I have ever been to.
Dr. Rillman is a qualified endodontist. My issue was with the lady doing the checkout. It was clear that she overcharged me on my last visit and made up some excuse about they missed something in the billing at my last visit. That last visit she was referring to was when I was there to have a tooth checked out over two years previously! Shady lady.
My experience was exemplary. Dr. Rillman was professional, explained everything that was occurring and asked me frequently how I was doing. I hope I never need another root canal, but I would definitely go to Dr. Rillman and I will refer my friends and family.
This Dentist is awful. He won’t work on you unless you sign a form that he can take money out of your account freely. I did not sign the form and wasn’t told this until after he did the exam and the scans & xrays. I was given a price that it would cost after my insurance and I was more than willing to pay that at my visit but he wanted me to pay for the entire root canal upfront because I wouldn’t sign the form. Dr. Rillman and staff are excellent. Would highly recommend.
These ratings are fake. He’s terrible. He’s done several root canals and all of them failed. I had to get the teeth pulled and he still billed me full price. I should have had him pay to get those teeth pulled!
Dr. Rillman is the best dental specialist I have ever been to. If you need a root canal don't go anywhere else. He is a great Endodontist that is honest, down-to-earth, and is fabulous at his profession!
Just a wonderful Dentist in every way. Did a major root canal which was amazingly painless, Definitely takes great pride in his work and his skill is obvious. Nothing says more about someone then feed back from reviews.
