husband was prescribed Viagra without his consent, not very happy with this. How can they send a prescription to Optum without him requesting medication. Not knowing side effects of medication

Entered office at 5:30 for a 5:45 appointment and sat in a room until 7:00 without any Doctor coming in to check me. I left and will never go back there!! Do not waste your time and go here!!
