I can 100% agree with Jane Lowe’s review. We had the exact same experience. We hired Mr. Rilla to install a very simple picket fence to match the existing fence that he was taking down. Apparently the simple nature of the project was too much for him. Please know that your contract with him is meaningless. He will change the design and the materials without notifying you.
