We hired Mr. Rilla to install a very simple picket fence to match the existing fence he was taking down. Apparently the simple nature of the project was beyond his expertise. Please know that your contract with him is meaningless. He will change the design and materials without notifying you. He attempted to extort money from me by charging me for all the corrections in his failed construction. After 2 attempts to correct the fence we ask him kindly to not return.
