This is the worst law firm I've ever dealt with. The attorneys that I spoke with including the partners were extremely rude, disrespectful and insulted my intelligence on numberous occasions. When I call LegalShield to report this Behavior LegalShield told me that everything is at the attorney's discretion. In other words it didn't matter if the attorney was lying to me, what mattered was that they did so at their discretion. I blame LegalShield and the unprofessional attorneys that work at this firm for my bad experiences.
Called today and spoke with Riling's assistant in an attempt to schedule possible consultation/representation. She was unfriendly, off-putting, vague, and unhelpful. I was personally referred to this firm by a friend and would have loved to do business, but immediately decided to put my time, money, & effort elsewhere after my short experience on the phone with his assistant. Good luck to them in any future experience.
