Buying from Riley’s was such an easy process. Very detailed, thorough and helpful. Stopped to “just look” but purchased a new Bad Boy Maverick zero turn. Completely easy process and would highly recommend.
Not a customer and have never bought anything there but going off of just customer service, I would def consider buying from them if/when I need there services. I had an oil leak on the engine for my power washer. Which they do not sell. I was in between jobs and didnt have the tools I needed to fix it. I ask if they could check it quick for me and the technician came out, checked it, got the appropriate tools and fixed it for me. Took 10 min. Didnt even charge me. Was very grateful for there kindness and help.
Extortionary Customer Service....The owners and employees are super sweet and even helped load/secure mower in our trailer.
