Zero stars is more appropriate. My daughter sent a picture of what she wanted and asked price before going to the salon she asked for small knotless braids. The size she left with was way bigger. Let the pictures speak for themselves. The bronze is what she got and the black one is what she requested. The parts aren’t even straight.
