I wanted to give a big shout out to Andy at Riley’s Pool. I needed new pool lights installed and when he ran into a problem, he called me to let me know what needed to be done. He was unable to complete job, until issue was fixed. It felt very complicated but sent me a picture and said to call him with any questions. My boyfriend called him, he explained what needed to be done and said he would finish lights when issue resolved. After getting issue resolved, he was back to my house within 24 hours to finish installing lights... read more
Our pool is 20yrs old, had Riley's Pools put in a new liner and new winter cover. They did a FANTASTIC job!!! Customer service was AMAZING!!! We couldn't be happier!!! Jennifer and Shannon Wullenweber
I called at 6 and said I was coming. I drove 30 minutes and arrived at 6:37. Closed sign out, everyone gone. Sign says they close at 7. Not good.
