I wanted some basic layers and she cut off 4inches when I asked to keep as much as possible. (I don’t use heat and I get it cut every 6weeks) then when I talked to her about it she gaslight me saying it probably feels shorter (I have photos from the other day and now and it’s truly shorter by a solid 4inches)
